Strongly dried apple trees

I have a problem that the apple trees began to dry, I don’t even know, or is it due to the fact that there were severe frosts in the winter, or that the summer was very dry, did anyone have similar problems, do you know how to solve them? Thanks

The climatic factor is decisive in the production and health of the plants, but the phytosanitary status of the root must be checked, to rule out an attack by some pathogen.
