Leaving a ticket for the support

If you found some error in the software or you need help and didn`t find the answer to your question on the forum, you can contact the support to help you solve the problem. You can do that two ways: 

First – contact the support via the email: [email protected]. In that case, you will receive the answer in your email.

Second – add a ticket for the support right in the software. To do so, follow the next steps:

1. Open the menu and go to the Support page.

2. Click on the “Add” button in the upper left corner.

3. Enter all required information in the ticket and click on “Submit”. Also, you can add media files to the ticket by clicking on “Upload files” to make the support understand your problem better.

Shortly, you will receive the answer in your email or on the Support page.
